The Real Redistribution

I think this is outrageous and I'd like to share it with you all. Not outrageous in the sense that it's true, because I do believe tax money should go to where it's needed and not where it was collected from, but outrageous because of the impossibly low-brow rhetoric that surrounds this fact:
